Same here, it looks like the listing is gone.
In my experience when something is super cheap, they will get you with the shipping costs and in many cases, you get what you pay for although not always. There are nice surprises in the discounted items sometimes.

I remember buying a $2.00 item once and they didn't ship it until I had something else of greater value in the future. Maybe it's that kind of a deal here too.
