Meditation sounds like a good idea. I've never done it and I wouldn't know how, but I would like to learn.
I overthink a lot, and I always ask myself "what if..."?
Did you know... more than 95% of the things we worry about never happen.
It doesn't matter how many times I tell myself that though, I still worry and overthink :)
