With storing food long term, I am mostly thinking about dry food such as beans, rice, flour, sugar, etc..
Did you know... the best temperature to store said food at is between 40 and 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
The food should be stored in airtight containers. You could user BPA-free plastic, or glass, or stainless steel.
You'd want to make sure the temperature is constant. Any sudden changes in temperature are not good, so keep an eye on that.
Humidity should be about 65% .
A little more or less is fine, but don't go overboard either way.
Honey is the only food item that never goes bad, so I'd say make sure to absolutely always rotate.
If you have any further ideas, feel free to add to this or start your own topic.
