Pansies are among my favorites, and they are easy to grow.
I start them indoors about 3 weeks before the last frost.
The seeds of pansies are typically small, so I sprinkle a few seeds in each planting pot, or in each section of the sixpack. I often plant them in sixpacks.
Once they're planted outdoors, they require no work. Just let them grow and enjoy them.
What I like about pansies is that they come in so many different colors!
I've noticed that they live past the first frost, so you get to enjoy them longer than some flowers that die in the first frost, even a light frost.
