One thing I like to use it for, is herbs like cilantro, parsley, basil, etc..
Once it's dry, I put it in a bowl and squeeze it with my hand to make it really fine.
That's the best part of the entire process :)

I bought a dehydrator about 6 years ago, and sometimes I wonder if it's actually worth it.

It takes hours to dehydrate food and I always worry about the use of electricity of course.
I also feel that sometimes I leave things in the dehydrator for too long. It's always hard to figure out when exactly it's ready to  come out.

One thing I like to use it for, is herbs like cilantro, parsley, basil, etc..
The herbs don't take long because they are thin, and I know it saves money. Herbs are not cheap.
