Here is how I make meatloaf, or meatballs..
1 pound chopped meat
1 big onion
1 clove of garlic
1 to 2 cups of breadcrumbs
1 can of tomato paste
some mustard to taste
1 small can of sliced olives (optional)
1 egg
That's all, folks!
Just mix it all together, shape a loaf with it or roll meatballs, and you're good to go.
I bake it at 350 degrees Fahrenheit but I don't know for how long :) Maybe an hour. I usually check it after 45 minutes. I'll stick a fork in it to see what the temperature is inside.
This feeds 4 people.
