It's really easy, here is how it works and what you need:
1.5 cups of water (354 mil)
1 large tablespoon of honey (or sugar but I always use honey)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1.5 tablespoons of dry yeast
3 cups of flour (375 grams)
do you put it in the middle or lower part of the oven?
do you put in a loaf pan if so how big is it?
Warm up the water, it should be warm but not hot ("baby bath temperature)
Put the water in a big bowl and add all the ingredients except the flour.
Mix everything well and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes or until it starts to bubble.
Start adding flour and keep stirring.
Keep adding flour until you have a real dough, knead it a bit.
Cover the dough and let it rise for an hour.
After an hour, knead it again, use some flour to keep it from sticking.
Let rise again for 1 hour
Preheat oven to 400 F = 204 Celsius
Bake for about 20 minutes.
Stick a toothpick in it to check and make sure the center is baked well.
When ready, take it out of the oven and cover it with a towel for a half hour.
Bread is my favorite food, unfortunately, I can only eat whole foods, nothing processed.
