My own recipe :)
For the 3 of us...
3 large potatoes
broccoli
milk
chopped bacon
mustard
butter, flour
pepper, nutmeg
grated cheese
Put the potatoes in the oven and cook them.
While the potatoes are cooking, boil the broccoli but don't drain the water off of it when done.
Cook the bacon (I removed all the fat from the bacon)
Take the potatoes out of the oven, cut them in half length-wise and put them on a try, insides facing up.
Make a roux with the butter and flour, and add some pepper and nutmeg to it.
Use some of the broccoli water to pour on the roux. Add milk, keep stirring. Add some mustard. Once it is the right thickness for a good, thick sauce, add grated cheese to taste.
Drain the broccoli, chop it up a little and throw it over the potatoes.
Add the bacon, just divide it all evenly over the potatoes.
Pour the sauce over it.
Sprinkle some cheese over the top.
Put in oven, set table, remove from oven, and eat.
