I'd never think of stuffing peppers that way.
Interesting recipe. It's worth a try.

I mostly make my own recipes. This one I really like.

What you need:

2 peppers
1/2 pack of cream cheese
1 small onion
2 hot dogs
a little spinach of Swiss chard
1 tomato
1 garlic clove
1 carrot
a little olive oil

Just know that you can put whatever  you want in it. The list above is just a suggestion.

How to make it:

Chop everything very thin, except the two peppers and the cream cheese of course.
Sautee it all together (except the peppers and the cream cheese) in a little olive oil.
While it's on the stove, cut the peppers in half length wise and clean them out.
Boil the pepper halves until they've softened a bit, but not too soft.

After you sauteed the ingredients, let them cook for 5 minutes and add the cream cheese.
Mix everything really well and stuff the peppers with it.

... and that's it.
It takes me just 15 minutes to make this.
