I made a butternut squash dish this evening, and it was super good. Here goes..
- 1 big butternut squash
- almond slivers
- blue cheese crumbles
Yep that's all I used.
Boil the butternut squash, peel it, and cut in in cubes.
Put in an oven dish, sprinkle almond slivers and blue cheese crumbles over it.
Bake in the oven for just 10 minutes.
Done.
It was delicious.
