Camomile tea is great for the gi tract.  It reduces inflammation.  It sooths my stomach and it makes me sleepy too!

I have been making caramel nut iced tea. It's $14 for a box of 20 teabags but I can make 20 half gallons of iced tea so for $14 that's not bad. I don't have to add anything at all. Even though I love sweet stuff this caramel nut iced tea doesn't need anything.
It tastes a little bit like good coffee but it's tea.

I plan on trying.  I was going to try and marinate chicken in herbal tea.  I can only have certain herbal teas and wondering which one I should start with?

Maybe you can still find things to eat that you really like!
