Bread is my favorite food in the world.  Unfortunately, I am not allowed to eat it because it is processed.  I miss Bread terribly, so, I can eat my own homemade crackers.  I don't add salt, I try different flours mixed together.  I can top with very few herbs and seeds.  I am basically on a bland high fiber diet for the rest of my life.  My disease runs in my family.  I feel like I eat like a caveman did.  I try to come up with new things. It's hard to keep my weight on.   I find that the inside of sweet potatoes and rice will do it but it will take a long time to do so.     I put this same answer on quora and got a lot of views of my post!  It made me feel good! Image

Yikes that's pretty sad. I love eating and I think that most of us do.
My neighbor became allergic to all dairy at the age of 65. We can get things go wrong at any time when it comes to food or illnesses that require an adjustment in our diet.
So very sorry this happened to you!

I plan on trying.  I was going to try and marinate chicken in herbal tea.  I can only have certain herbal teas and wondering which one I should start with?
