I eat six meals a day, so when I come home, I have to eat two more meals.  The first is oatmeal with sesame seeds and hemp seeds.  The second is usually an egg or a small piece pf chicken.  LOL.  but I want to eat a protein before bed because then I am less likely to sleepwalk at night.  Bad enough that I have to run to bathroom at least once a night, but sleepwalking sucks.

It comes with age. I *always* have to get up to use the bathroom a few hours after going to bed.
