Bing Rewards

Someone told me about this years ago, and I guess I never looked into it until one day I had some time.
I signed up for Bing rewards. Oh I am so glad that I did!
After you sign up and log in, you will see "news squares" on the page (you got to scroll down a bit). Clicking on the squares will give you the news for the day, and it also gives you points.
Look around a bit and you'll see other ways to earn points. Once you have enough points, you can choose gift certificates. I always choose an Amazon gift certificate. I get a $5 Amazon gift certificate once every 3 weeks more or less.

I don't remember when I started doing Bing rewards but I've been doing it for years.
I get the Amazon gift certificates. In addition to doing the searches, I also do the quiz and a few other things that offer points.

I did bing rewards for over a decade and all of a sudden they wont give Amazon gift certificates anymore. So, I decided to stop doing them. I was only doing them for the Amazon Gift Certificates. What a dissappointment!

FF, check now. I do Bing rewards too. For a long time it said that the Amazon gift certificates were unavailable, but they are back. I just got one a couple weeks ago. I kept checking like every other day and started to give up hope, but eventually, I got one.
When was the most recent time you checked?

I remember telling you all in the totally frugal forum about it years ago. I have started doing my bing rewards again every morning! Thanks for the heads up all!

Yes, I remember you telling me about them, I had never heard of this. Apparently many people do it.
How long ago did you stop? I don't remember exactly when it was (maybe a couple months ago) it said the Amazone gift certificates were unavailable. I kept checking back, and eventually they were available again.

I'm glad you told me, because I started up again. I use Amazon gift certificates for a lot of things, especially gifts.
