In this simple, healthy recipe, lean chicken and a ton of vegetables transform sesame noodles into a filling meal. I love this recipe. It’s a quick and healthy recipe to satisfy your cravings 
 
Ingredient:
 
Dark, toasted sesame oil
Spaghetti made with whole wheat
Chopped scallions
Garlic minced
Freshly minced ginger
Brown sugar
Ketchup
Soya sauce with reduced-sodium
Shredded cooked, boneless, skinless chicken breast
Snap peas, sliced
Carrot
Toasted sesame seeds
 
Prepare spaghetti as directed on the package in a pot of boiling water. Transfer to a big bowl after draining and rinsing.
 
In a small saucepan, combine the sesame oil, scallions, garlic, ginger, and brown sugar. Cook over medium heat until it begins to sizzle. Cook for 15 seconds. After removing the pan from the heat, stir in the ketchup and soy sauce. Add the chicken, carrots, snap peas, and sesame seeds, and mix gently with the noodles.
