How do you stay strong when everything seems to be falling apart?

Everything seemed to fall apart after the death of my father. There is no hope in my life. Even now, whenever I think of him, my eyes tear up. I know it's not easy to stay strong. Things will turn out well if you be patient and don't rush things. Stay as motivated as possible, find better work, love, and live life to the fullest. Today may be difficult, but tomorrow maybe even better.

I know the feeling. My dad passed away in 2009, it was one of the hardest things I went through in life, I loved him dearly.
When bad things happen, I deal with them by concentrating on work. Not a good thing, but that's what I do.
We all must find a way to deal with things.
As you get older, you'll notice that things don't get easier :(
