Developing reading as a hobby is a great idea! Here are a few steps to help you get started:
1.      Make a goal: Determine how much time you want to devote to reading each day or week and commit to following through on that plan.
2.      Take baby steps: Start with shorter books or novellas if you've never read or haven't in a while. This will help you improve your reading stamina and confidence.
3.      Look for books that interest you: Begin by selecting books in which you are genuinely interested. This could be any genre, such as fiction, nonfiction, mystery, fantasy, or poetry. Look up bestseller lists or ask friends or librarians for recommendations.
4.      Create a reading environment. Ensure there is enough light and a comfortable place to sit while reading. Having a separate reading area can also help you establish a routine.
5.      Keep track of your progress: You should keep a reading log or journal where you can list the books you've read, your thoughts on them, and your progress
6.      Try a few different formats: To determine which format you prefer, try reading printed books, electronic books, or audiobooks.
Don't be too hard on yourself if you miss a day or take a break; reading should be enjoyable, not a chore. Keep reading and have fun—those are the two most crucial things

If you want to start somewhere, start with this book:

The Little Prince by Antoine De Saint Exupéry.

I feel that every human on this earth should read this book at least once.
