Here is how I make them:
Ingredients
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup warm water
Combine baking powder, salt, and flour.
Add oil and water
Mix until the dough is smooth.
Now divide into 16 balls.
Cover with a towel and let sit for about an hour.
Roll the balls, and cook them in a hot skillet, about 1 minute on one side and 30 seconds on the other side.
