Warning: I made this up, but it's real good.
Ingredients:
- 1 large potato
- 1 quart of mushrooms
- 1 onion
- vegetable broth or water and bouillon cubes
- 4 large carrots
- pepper and salt to taste
- milk
- parsley
Chop all the vegetables and potato and let them boil in the vegetable broth until tender.
Add pepper and salt
Mix it with a soup mixer or put in a blender
Add milk and serve.
Put some chopped parsley at the top.
