A wild animal will always be a wild animal.
There are many examples of 'tame' wild animals killing their human friends, or severely injuring them.
I am familiar with Kevin the lion whisperer. He has guts! Search youtube for him, and you'll find many videos where he hangs out with lions.
I do admire him and enjoy watching the videos.

Personally I'd never have the stomach to do what Kevin does. I just can 't imagine.

It's like playing Russian Roulette. Not my thing but good for him, what an experience! Almost nobody will ever experience this.
If I were there the animal would smell my fear from a mile distance.

I was just reading this article from 2018.
Apparently a young woman was killed by one of the lions that were under his care.

That's so unfortunate but it just proves that they are wild animals. I feel bad for him because he does love the lions with all his heart and soul.

I don't know what would scare me more, being around a loose lion or a bear.
