This is my own recipe. I wouldn't call it totally healthy, lol.
What you need:
Ham
pineapple 1/2 cup
honey mustard dressing 2 big tbsp
brown sugar 1 tbsp
mustard 1 tsp
water 1/2 cup
a little flour 2 tbsp
Cook the ham, you will always have some juice.
Save the ham juice and put it in a small pan. Put about 1/4 cup of juice in the small pan.
Add crushed pineapple (about half a cup)
In a cup, add about 1/4 cup water and flour and mix very well.
Mix everything except the mixture with the flour and the water.
If you used pineapple from a can, you can add about 1/4 cup of the juice to the mix and let it cook through.
Once it boils, slowly add the well mixed flour and water bit by bit until your sauce has the right thickness.
Let it boil every time you add a bit of the mixture. If you don't have enough of the mixture, make a little more.
Cut the ham and put it in the sauce you just made.
